Dr. Orr went into private practice in 1998, as owner and clinic director at Maximum Performance Chiropractic in Gaithersburg, Maryland. As family obligations mounted, with a new child on the way, he opened Rosemont Chiropractic & Rehab Frederick in 2007, to be close to home.
He is a graduate of Frostburg State University where he earned his Bachielor of Schience in Health/Fitness concentrations, and a Biology minor in 1993. Then Dr. Orr received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1997, from Parker College of Chiropractic and Bachelor of science in Anatomy in 1997. In 2004, Dr. Orr became a licensed MUA ( Manipulation Under Anesthesia) doctor. This procedure will help all chronic patients with no other options. In 2008, he became certified in Decompression therapy. In 2011, he became certified in kinesiotaping for musculoskeletal injuries. Then 2013 he became certified in cold laser therapy for acute and chronic injuries.
Dr. Orr is currently licensed in Maryland as a chiropractor with physical therapy Privileges. Sports are a passion of his starting from playing college football at FSU as a linebacker to downhill skiing and running today. so treating sports-related injuries is something very familiar to Dr. Orr. He is certified as a personal trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the MSPA prior to becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Orr also worked with the Assistant strength coach of the Washington Resdskins and the olyympic bobsled coach doing strength and speed training. Today his focus is getting all people out of pain, healthy, and back on the playing field of life.

All appointments are by appointment only. Dr. Orr does many speaking engagements and other marketing events, so having an appointment is necessary. To keep your appointments on time and as fast as possible, we would like for you to schedule your appointments at least a week at a time. Copayments are due at the time of visit. We do accept medical insurance and file and collect it for you. We are in network with MEDICARE and BCBS, However, it is your responsibility to obtain a referral if necessary. All medical bills are ultimately your responsibility. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.
